Not only during your stay at <a href=\"https:\/\/staging-cta.cantoniatzaro.com\/\">Can Toni d\u2019Atzar\u00f3<\/a> but also at home, to share with family and friends, because sharing is LIFE. And this recipe is sure to win everyone over. Shall we try it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fla\u00f3 recipe<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, dear friends, here is the recipe for the wonderful, unique and sweet <strong>Fla\u00f3<\/strong>. According to Diario de <strong>Ibiza<\/strong>, in the past, like so many traditional dishes, fla\u00f3 was associated with a religious celebration. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eeif.es\/index.asp\">Encicopledia d&#8217;Eivissa y Formentera <\/a>states that the word first appears in Ramon Llull\u2019s book Blanquerna:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cHe gave him a fla\u00f3 to eat at school if he felt like something to eat.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to historian Mari\u00e0 Torres, the earliest traces of its existence date back to the 13th century. Until a few years ago, it was made only during Holy Week to be served on Easter Sunday, but today it is prepared all year round. And after this brief historical introduction\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients for the Fla\u00f3 base<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g wheat flour<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 eggs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>125 g butter<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 sachet baking powder&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 small glass anise liqueur, lemon zest<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anise seeds<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A little oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g sugar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 eggs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A pinch of salt<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients for the Fla\u00f3 filling<\/strong> &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g fresh goat\u2019s cheese<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300 g semi-cured sheep\u2019s cheese<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A few mint leaves<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g sugar and a pinch of salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparing the Fla\u00f3 base<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.- <\/strong>Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl, then add the sugar, anise seeds and salt. Knead well.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.-<\/strong> Add the butter, eggs and small glass of anise liqueur. Knead for a few more minutes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.-<\/strong> Grease your chosen baking tin with butter and dust with a little flour ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eeif.es\/veus\/flaonera\/\">flaonera<\/a>). Spread the dough in the tin and set aside.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparing the filling<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.-<\/strong> Mash the cheeses. Set aside.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.- <\/strong>Mix the eggs with the sugar and gently add the cheese mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.-<\/strong>Finally, add the mint and salt. Pour over the prepared base.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.-<\/strong> Place in the oven and bake for approximately 45 minutes at 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.-<\/strong> Leave to cool. If you like, serve with a small glass of Hierbas de Ibiza.
